Dan Baer, Executive Director
Rev. Dan Baer has served as our Executive Director at The Nathaniel Mission since 2016.  Dan grew up in an urban church devoted to community development, and brings many years of experience leading organizations toward growth and positive outcomes.  Dan is the lucky husband to Ali and blessed father of Evelyn and Margaret.  In his free time, Dan enjoys hosting gatherings, cooking excellent food, reading a great book, or watching the Miami Dolphins!  Ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church, Dan also serves as the Lead Pastor at Hope Springs Church.

Meghan Talley, Program Director
     Meghan Talley has served on our staff since 2017.  She launched our Children & Youth Development Programs and Strategic Plan. In 2018, she moved into our Program Director role.  Meghan has a Bachelor of Arts in Mission from Asbury University and over 20 years of experience loving children & families.  She has dedicated her life to pursuing Jesus, loving people well, and fostering authentic relationships. Away from the Mission, she spends her time with her husband, Christian, and daughter, Annalise, singing, exploring, and connecting with friends and neighbors.    

Kelly Langdoc, Children and Youth Development Coordinator
Kelly Langdoc has a Bachelors of Science in early childhood education from Greenville University, a Master of Arts in Christian Education.  She is an ordained deacon in the Anglican Church of North America, and has served as a missionary to Latin America.  She seeks to partner with Jesus in loving kids and teaching them to enjoy the gifts of his grace.  Kelly enjoys life through music, good books, learning opportunities and traveling to new places with her three kids.
